Technical Project Manager
SHOULD:
- have experience leading a team
- know basic IT knowledge for web applications
- be aware of Software Development Life Cycles & Methodologies
- have attention to detail and is multi-skilled
- be an expert in managing and overseeing the delivery of projects
- effectively work with a cross-functional team to ensure success
What you'll do
- Utilize best practices for project management to ensure delivery of web application projects
- Define project objectives, goals, scope, tasks, and timeline
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project deliverables, timeline, and budget
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure early & continuous delivery of valuable software
- Ensure quality working software by testing deliverables
- Identifying & mitigating project risks
- Manage team allocations based on project constraints (i.e. timeline, budget)
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Work Week: 40 Hours
Fully remote/ WFH
Flexible schedule where you can start and end work anytime of the day
Work for 2 "3 hour blocks" and 1 "2 hour block"
Holidays
All official regular and special non-working holidays
When working on a holiday, you'll gain an extra leave credit that can be redeemed as cash at the end of every quarter
2-week vacation every December
Office Hours
Flexible with a 6-7pm daily team-wide meeting

Learning sessions: ie. Thursdevs/Frontend Fridays/Manage Mondays/etc (Usually happens once a month)
