Work Week: 40 Hours

• Fully remote/ WFH

• Flexible schedule where you can start and end work anytime of the day

• Work for 2 "3 hour blocks" and 1 "2 hour block"

Holidays

• All official regular and special non-working holidays

• When working on a holiday, you'll gain an extra leave credit that can be redeemed as cash at the end of every quarter

• 2-week vacation every December

Office Hours

• Flexible with a 6-7pm daily team-wide meeting

• Kickoff syncs to start the day strong!

• Startup learning sessions

• Learning sessions: ie. Thursdevs/Frontend Fridays/Manage Mondays/etc (Usually happens once a month)

• You don't need to be a college graduate (there are some Symphers that have not even been to college). You just need to have the skills.
